I have often wondered why people use theses big red bows. What I remember about these ribbons are the feeling I felt when I see one. That feeling is joy and happiness in my heart. It also uplifts my spirit and gives me a different high. So I guess similar to what I am feeling is the reason for people using these ribbons for decoration. They use it for “Grand Openings” from boutiques to groceries (this is the ribbon they cut before letting people in the store), for newly purchased cars to be presented as gifts, and decoration in department stores. You can use the big red bows actually for anything. But putting a big red bow on anything is practically presenting this thing as a gift. You can use a big red bow on a child’s head, as a velvet big red bow on a wreath; as an accessory to your wardrobe. Whatever color you may wear red always blends, you can also put big red bow on pets, even for Christmas or holiday decorations you can even dress yourself in a big red bow. It all depends on the intention you want to use the bow with. But the only thing is that this bow symbolizes something happy something that is celebrated and something that is dear to someone.
